Black Angus
We began raising angus cattle in the 1960s. Our herd is raised without hormones or antibiotics and prepared in USDA approved processing facilities.
Our meats are available at our farm store, Montclair Farmer's Market and at our NYC Farm Market.
Grass Fed, Grain Finished
Our cows love their grass and eat plenty of it, along with lots of yummy produce grown on our farm. Pumpkins and watermelons being a favorite!
Why do we supplement with grain?
Thanks to higher marbling from a grain-rich diet, grain-fed beef is extra tender, juicy, and packed with that rich, buttery flavor.
Superior marbling gives that classic, steakhouse-style taste, making it easier to cook perfectly every time.
Chicken
Kyle Jorritsma began raising chicken in 2020. Our flock is raised naturally and is always hormone and antibiotic free. They enjoy a free range diet with additional feed always available ensuring they receive the best nutrition possible.
