3D Shed Builder
OHB’s 3D shed builder gives you the opportunity to design your ideal shed, greenhouse, chicken coop or run- in shelter right from home or on your phone.
Before you begin, you’ll submit your zip code so that the finished product comes right to us and we can help you further and order the shed of your dreams.
Delivery
Delivery is free within 30 miles of our location. Most of the site preparation is up to you, we require that the site is accessible by truck and trailer.
On-lot purchases are typically delivered in about 2-3 weeks and custom builds are about 5-6 weeks. Lead times can vary and delivery dates are subject to weather.
Buy or Rent-to-Own
Convenient purchasing plans allow you to purchase your shed or make monthly payments through a rent-to-own program.
Buy Your Shed
A 10% downpayment is required at the time of purchase via check or credit card. The remaining balance is due upon the delivery of your shed.
Rent-to-Own
The rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis with no credit check required. If you decide to pay off the building within 90 days, OHBs will waive the cost of lease services making it the same as cash.
Build On Site
OHB’s Build on Site program is a perfect solution for those hard to reach areas of your yard or business that cannot accommodate a truck and trailer delivery.
Details:
A 50% deposit is required when you purchase your shed or structure. The work crew will schedule with you a time to come out and build your shed. The remaining 50% is paid at this time along with an additional 15% charge for the crew. Lead times vary. Sheds do not come painted.
5 Year & Lifetime Warranty
OHBs offers you peace of mind – with a limited 5 – year warranty backed by a company that has been in business since 1997, you can trust that Old Hickory will be there if you need them, and with the warranty written, there will be no surprises in the rare event of a claim.
Limited Lifetime Warranty against termite damage & fungal decay on all pressure treated wood, including Pressure Treated Skids, Floor Joists (On All Models), Optional Pressure Treated Flooring, Optional Pressure Treated T1 – 11 Siding.
Engineer Certified Building Designs
Lofted Barns, Utility Sheds, Single Slope Sheds and Non-Lofted Barns are ALL Engineer Certified. When you buy an Old Hickory Building, it’ll meet International Building Code (IBC) standards for Minor Storage Facilities (Occupancy Category 1).
Engineer Certified buildings are certified for Ground Snow Load and Wind Load as defined by local requirements (once customer supplied anchors are installed). A standard set of engineered plans are available upon request after purchase of a building. OHB employs a full time engineer for quick turnaround for custom plans or custom buildings.
